They are Lying

I saw a job ad that said, looking for people with entrepreneurial spirit (looks like it is the latest fad skill to have). Apparently, you can be an entrepreneur with all the job security in the world. That’s a nice story to sell, isn’t it – Become an intrepreneur.

If the companies are selling you best-of-both-the-worlds story, they are lying.
