Why does:

The front line support does not go beyond saying, ‘Sorry, but that is our company’s policy.’

The ticket collector continues to sit in his designated seat even as the lady in the white is standing.

Your telecom provider keeps calling you even after you’ve submitted all the KYC documents.

The bus operator does not bother to alert his passengers when the bus in a particular route is delayed.

The Captain in a restaurant that you frequnt not bother though its been 30 minutes since you came in and all you could manage to get were two empty glasses.

The spam continues to make it in to your mobile even after you have asked to be put on a DND (Do Not Disturb) list.

Your favorite television show give you a miss after 3 days of filing a complaint with your DTH operator.
