…is your product and it has to be damn good. If you want the Ops or CRM team to take care of the short comings, neither your team nor the customer is going to appreciate it.
Spend your time, energy and money in getting your product right and you won’t need to offshore your support (to cut costs) or create out of the world marketing lies (to bring in the beans).
