I saw a guy lock his car using his remote key. He did that twice. I found it even more amusing when I saw him walk up to the car and try opening the door (ensuring it did work the second time). I thought it was foolish, but decided to analyse a step further.
It’s FEAR.
Fear of loosing something that is close to heart that makes you act foolish. The more the fear, the higher the degree of foolishness.
Sometimes (or I must say always) let your trust/confidence win over your fear before it ruins your confidence completely.
