It was really touching when I got the above message hinting at my irregular posts last week. I was away in Goa most of the week and had no connectivity to the digital world (my apologies as I should have updated you).
On a different note, what the message also said was that people really care about your product/service when you do it right so it connects with them immediately. So much so that they actually get addicted to it and want more of it.
On that note, I promise to be more regular with my posts and leave this post with a question to all product gurus – Are you ensuring that your best customers are not left waiting?
