I’ve been traveling quite a bit in the last few weeks when a thought sprung in my head. It was more of a quote from Jaggi Vasudev who said, unhappy engine can mean unhappy ending.
It is so true with start ups as well. Your engine are your people and it is so important to ensure that you pick the right ones and keep them happy. At times, it is very possible that you get clouded by your passion to reach a destination, that you are hurrying. Take a pause, ensure that your engine is good, happy and ready to throttle.
