Love becoming Redundant

I really do.

Every assignment I pick up, I am trying to put my best efforts to kick start marketing campaings to get the right results. That is just one part. The second, is picking up a team that will make my existence redundant in the project. I love going in to that spot for 2 reasons:

1. You get to do (read learn) new stuff and fuel your learning process.
2. You get to meet some wonderfully talented people (better than you in some aspects).

Side Note: Getting redundant is a great thing to happen to you as an entrepreneur as well. Think about it!
