Remember the days when you were booed for being different from the crowd. How many times would have you heard these words (not that you cared) “he’s so weird.”
Today, when the new age entrepreneurs are looking at building a great organization, they are not looking for normal people. They want people who stand out in the crowd.
I could not help but recollect my own conversation with my co-founder when we were hiring for our start up. We don’t need normal stuff, we need people who are abnormal in their thinking. They need to be weird.
