Thrash it Now

Look around you. Do you see stuff that is inconsequential?

You will be amazed at how much garbage you’ve been holding on to and the amount of housekeeping you need to do (the second part might force you to continue).

It could be on your desk.
It could be in your car.
It could be lying in your Inbox for ages now.
It could be occupying your mind space.

Thrash it now to feel better. 

Side Note: This is the first step. The next is the more difficult one – its making this thrashing a habit.
