More often than not, your friends are always happy with you. When you discuss stuff/ideas/thoughts, your friends are in accordance with you to say the least.
Your loved ones don’t complain, they don’t shake you up and even worse they end up adjusting themselves to keep you comfortable.
Your foes on the other side make you change. They snub, boo and look down upon you and your ideas/thoughts/etc to a level where you start being critical about the stuff you ship. You try to get better and better to beat the competition.
Side Note: myspace should have listened to people who hated it the most. facebook would have been non-existant.
