There is a story that you are writing everyday. A story that you want people (if not the entire world) to read and take notice (if not get inspired). More often than not, the story becomes strong, interesting and inspiring depending on how you behave in and around the story.
Its 11 AM on a Monday morning. I step out and see around smiling faces around me in my team. The mood is casual with few pranks being played, jokes (and in most cases smiles) being shared, and catching up on life.
You want to say that’s the kind of setting you would love to create and work in, right? The possibility of it depends on how you behave, on how you decide to be a part of the story that unfolds next – and you know it.
Side Note: If you can’t share a smile, how are you ever gonna share a pain?
