As a Manager/CEO, you have your fears!

As a Dad or an entrepreneur you pretend you don’t have fears.

How do you build the confidence in your child/team that you should not ‘give in’ to fear?

Side Note: Don’t you envy the foolishness in children that speaks ‘I don’t fear the outcome?’ More importantly, what are you learning?
