Say ‘no Approvals’

Can a call agent take the call of refunding the money of an unhappy customer?

Do you have your creative team running behind you for a sign off on the next campaign push?

Does your tech team wait for a series of approvals before testing a new feature?

How many failures will you allow (if you allow in the first place) before you take charge?

When its a big decision, what’s running in your head – play safe or take a chance?

Playing safe might be good, but the bad news is that ‘good’ is no more ‘in.’ For greatness you will have to do away with permissions.

Side Note: If you are spending your time approving work, its a grave injustice to your time. Not to mention that you should look really hard at your hiring and skill to work match process.
