What should I Do?

When a 6 year old comes up and says ‘what should I do?,’ it is curiosity speaking. But when a team mate with more about 6 years of work experience asks this question, should you be worried?

Side Note: My two cents, never ask anyone what should I do? Go with options and ask them to help you prioritize. Show them you are thinking.
