Remember the words “thinking that you can figure it all by yourself is futile” from the movie. I’ve always found those words as a strong lesson for me as an entrepreneur. As a startup, you are strapped for money and it is very tempting to be the jack of all trades and do everything by yourself. But you need to understand and acknowledge that you cannot be that superstar who can bring down the time to market significantly.
Hire smart kids who can take you to the future that you see. Look our for smart partnerships and see where your complimenting synergies are. For a startup, that’s vital.
Side Note: Do I hear you say “Yeah, temme something I don’t know”? Anything that is necessary is never said enough times and/or is unwise.
