I can call you anytime of the day” was the response I got from a bank representative. I choose to bank with you not be bugged by you.

Social media updates, email newsletters, pop ups on the website, hard on the eye banners/images in ‘My Account’ section. Just because your customer is not complaining, does not mean he likes it.
