My two Cents

I’ve applied this to both my professional and personal relationships. 

1. Money Vs Relation – If it ever boils down to money versus the relation, take a call instead of shying away. If you think money is more important stand up and be shameless about it and get your due. If its otherwise, forget that money ever came in to the relation.

2. Your Worth – can be determined only by you. Don’t ever give a chance to anyone else in the world to tell you how much you are worth. It applies to your business as well.

Side Note: They are hard choices, but you have to make them.
