I see my community resident littering the road leading to my complex. I choose to remain silent.
I see my subordinate repeatedly following an archaic process. I seem to be too busy to show him a simpler approach.
Time and again, there are things that stand out and demand my attention. They know I can make a difference but I am too busy. There are deadlines, schedules, meetings, pick up and drops that seemingly are more important.
Side Note: I see my 4 year old writing ‘b’ as ‘p’. I sit down to get it right for her. Suddenly, there seems to be all the time in the world.
